Refund policy

Returns

We accept return requests made within 14 days after delivery.

To be eligible, the item must be unused, in the same condition received, and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.

To request a return, email admin@arviloselect.com with your order number and reason for return. Do not send an item back without authorization. If accepted, we will provide the correct return address and instructions for that order. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items

Inspect your order on delivery. Contact admin@arviloselect.com promptly with your order number and clear photos or video so we can evaluate the issue and provide a replacement, refund, or other appropriate remedy.

Non-returnable items

We cannot accept used items, products returned without authorization, gift cards, or hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. The kitchen torch and fuel are not included with EmberSip.

Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled before fulfillment begins. Contact us immediately; after fulfillment begins, cancellation may no longer be possible.

Refunds

We will notify you after the authorized return is received and inspected. If approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method. Your bank or card provider may require additional processing time.

EU right of withdrawal

Where mandatory law applies to an order shipped into the European Union, the customer retains applicable statutory withdrawal rights.
