Arvilo Select currently serves customers in the United States.

Shipping cost

Standard Shipping is free for eligible US orders. Any applicable taxes or charges shown at checkout are calculated according to the order and destination.

Processing and delivery

Orders may be fulfilled and shipped directly by a third-party fulfillment partner. Processing and transit times can vary by destination, carrier, product availability, and circumstances outside our control. Any delivery estimate shown at checkout or in an order update is an estimate, not a guarantee.

Tracking

When tracking is available, it will be sent to the email address used at checkout. Tracking can take time to update after a label is created.

Address changes and cancellations

Check the shipping address before placing an order. To request a correction or cancellation, contact admin@arviloselect.com immediately. Changes cannot be guaranteed after fulfillment begins.

Delays, loss, or damage

If an order is substantially delayed, marked delivered but not received, lost, or damaged, contact admin@arviloselect.com with the order number. We will review the available carrier and fulfillment information and provide an appropriate resolution.
